The Nevasanteks journey began with Nuri Özyozgat in the village of Karayakuplu, Karahallı district of Uşak… His enterprising and innovative spirit brought him to Uşak in 1963. With his diligence and determination, he developed himself and accumulated capital in a short time. In 1985, he established Nevasanteks with 8 black looms and started his own business. In his own words, Nuri Özyozgat expresses Nevasanteks history by saying “I came out of my village with a quilt, the years have followed me, so have I followed the years. I’ve walked the steps of life step by step.”.
Nevasanteks underwent two different transformation processes in 1994 and 2002 and improved its processes day by day. In 2007, Veli Özyozgat from the second generation took over the life journey of Nevasanteks. Following in the footsteps of his ancestors and leading his team with his hardworking personality, he further developed Nevasanteks and carried the growth process to the highest level. Today, Nevasanteks has taken its place in the sector with a total of 64 machines with 100% fully automatic control, which have achieved Industry 4.0, have superior speed and quality weaving capacity.
Nevasanteks, which has also initiated green transformation, takes electricity from nature with its GES system and returns its gains back to nature with waste control management.
